How to get rid of Psoriasis

Psoriasis is a chronic disease, characterized by inflammation of skin with thick, red silvery, scaled patches on the skin. The patches are dry and may vary in size. Psoriasis is not contagious; it cannot transmit through physical contact. It may also affect the underarms and genital areas.

Besides conventional treatment, the following measures are beneficial in psoriasis.
Regular sea water baths and application of sea water externally over the affected parts once are beneficial. The hot Epsom salts bath has proved valuable in psoriasis.
Apply Avocado Oil, Buttermilk or Vitamin E oil; also take vitamin e capsules orally twice daily.
Take lecithin: two capsules before or after each meal for two months.



Regular sunlight is important in psoriasis; the affected parts should be frequently exposed to the sun.
