Besides conventional treatment, the following measures are beneficial in psoriasis.
Regular sea water baths and application of sea water externally over the affected parts once are beneficial. The hot Epsom salts bath has proved valuable in psoriasis.
Apply Avocado Oil, Buttermilk or Vitamin E oil; also take vitamin e capsules orally twice daily.
Take lecithin: two capsules before or after each meal for two months.
Regular sunlight is important in psoriasis; the affected parts should be frequently exposed to the sun.
